| Purpose of LISSA |
|

| The purpose of the Long Island Sound Sabre Association is to provide a means through which association members can benefit from contact with other owners of Sabre yachts. It is expected that LISSA will organize, sponsor and encourage activities that will promote the exchange of information and ideas to further the knowledge and enjoyment of members. |
|
|
| LISSA shall remain independent of any formal affiliation with Sabre Corporation and Sabre dealers but will maintain a close and positive relationship with these organizations consistent with its purpose. |
|
|
| LISSA was founded in 1987. |
