Sabre Regatta 7/98
Thanks to Bob Bennett and Sue Montana who shot these Sabre Regatta 1998 photos from aboard Habanaro, while racing in NYC Harbor. Pix were processed on a photo CD, uploaded and emailed to Nancy DeVries for inclusion on our web page.

It was a downwind start for the races on a windy Saturday. |

On the race course, sailors were treated to a blustery day with the north wind blowing 20 to 30 knots. |

It was a beautiful sight to be sailing with the NY skyscrapers as background. |

On the docks, and on board, LISSA members found time to enjoy a sunny and dry weekend. |

And, ashore under the Sabre tent, parties and fun were underway. |
